TweetMilos Sarcev knows what he`s doing trust me. Even though he never won Mr. O or is not a top IFBB bodybuilder I`m sure he knows more about lifting/eating/AAS/GH/Insulin/IGF1 etc than any other professional bodybuilder.
Now days he`s the one who gives training sessions to pro bb - yes even Ronnie Coleman.
