Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not calling all Democrates Liberals, but all Liberals are Democrates. There is no such thing as a Liberal Conservative. That's an oxymoron.

Here's a statistic for you guys: the USA has 15% of the worlds population, however, we have over 25% of the worlds prisoners. Why, because the punishment doesn't fit the crime. Period. If you commit a violent crime against a human being then you should be punished so. As a matter of fact, I think the world should get together and build one huge prison on Antarctica and air drop all violent criminals there for life. Food and meds will be air dropped in weekly. If they want to be uncivilized people, then let them. Let them live in fear everyday of their life. AND, there will be NO guards. All you have to do is make sure they do not have the equipment and clothing to survive an attempt to leave. Any unchartered flight that goes near the place will be shot down. No tv, no phones, no connection to real life whatsoever. If you don't want the death penalty, then that is the only other choice I would agree with.

Writing some childrens' books doesnt change the fact that he brutally killed four people. Yes, during his time in prison he has bettered the lives of many kids by writing these, but this doesnt negate what he has done in the past. It's like driving to work in the morning; You can take the straight line drive in, or you can take the long way and help a few in need or pickup a hitchhiker. Regardless, you're stilling going to end up at work (executed).

i agree 100%...i think they should even televize the death penalty being exicuted! and for certain crimes (child mollesting murderers) it should be very painfull!!

Becuase, without the order, there is not murder.
A street gang is different from the mob. The mob is very organized to the point were they probably wouldn't make a move without an order. On the street, their are no orders. Its stand on your street and hold down the block and if a rival comes through, then you do what you gotta do. Your not gonna call your leader an be like " hey there's some cobras on our block what should we do?" I've been in it first hand so I know how it goes. So, murder doesn't always happen with an order.

Evil Ryu who are you buddy anyways.. newbie I can see but I havent seen you anywhere before.

Seems like you need to do your homework first - dont get this the wrong way but you seem to defend gangs or whatever.

Gangsters are pu$$ies who can`t do shit without their "strapz" and have no balls to fight 1 on 1 just when they are in group.

You can`t compare real gangsters like lets say fictional character Toni Montana or even better AlcaPone.. to some idiots like Crips etc.. I`d like to have little 1 on 1 with those little scrawny fuckers..

I never said he wasn't guilty. If you kill 4 people then you should be punished. I'm saying he is not responsible for what other crips have done. Both of you got it wrong, not all are scrawny bastards. and even if they were what does have to do with anything?

Lets set aside the four people he brutaly murdered for no reason for just one second and look at the bigger picture.

As the founding father of the crips he is responsible for every murder/death the crips have commited. Just Like Charles Manson, he was convicted for the acts of his cult followers. It was never proven that he actually had a hand in any of the murders. To me there is no difference here. He may have turned his life around ( and that gets a huge who fucking cares from me) but the fact remains that the gang HE started is still killing people at will with no remorse...

Just bc this all turned out a different way than he expected doesn't excuse anything he did. Him becoming a "better person" (lmfao) doesn't bring back the ones he has put to death. Who cares what he is doing or saying now, the man should have been killed 20 years ago, then we wouldn't have this problem.

It's time for him to meet his maker and be eternally tortured by the lost souls of his victims. Victims by his hands and his followers hands...it makes no difference.

Purgatory pal, thats what you deserve.

      Gen 6:5,7
Because of man's wickedness God will not destroy him
      Gen 8:21

Oh, and this little "tid bit"
"Note also that any one of his possessions which a man vows as doomed to the Lord, whether it is a human being or an animal, or a hereditary field, shall be neither sold nor ransomed; everything that is thus doomed becomes most sacred to the Lord.* All human beings that are doomed lose the right to be redeemed; they must be put to death." Leviticus 27:28-29

So, i ask you...who is god to judge?

Let me ask you this then.

If a man creates a bomb to blow up a shed and it blows up an entire community is he not repsonsible for the destruction. Did he intend for it to happen? No, did it happen? Yes...Did he create the problem? yes...

Cult leaders are responsible for the crimes their cult members commit. Any leader of ANY group is responsible for the actions of the group as a whole, gang leaders are no exception to the rule...ignorance is not an excuse. He is and always will be responsible for EVERY action the gang takes (good or bad) he is the creator, he is the founding father....there is nothing left to say.

      >Tookie has not reformed. If he had sincerely reformed the first thing

      >Governor Schwarzenegger you can be the hero that Tookie is not. You can
