TweetSwitch to Verizon, lol! I warned them two times about bad service. Three strikes and your out "Your Fired"!
TweetWell.. its about my cellphone company...I`m using Cingular Wireless..was an At&T Wireless customer but Cingular took over so.. everything was fine for a few years..but I honestly think they are cheating and stealing my damn minutes.. I spent all my minutes.. and then each minute costs me .40 cents..and txt messages only .10 cents..so I spent 265 over minutes.. so thats like 106 dollars..exta.. but it bothers me..I talk to someone for 5 mins.. I look up my mins online instead of taking like 5 mins they take 15 mins.. what do you think I should do..?

TweetI had Cingular and I switched to T-mobile a year ago. Not one problem with T-mobile. Great customer service and they don't charge $19.99/month for an extra phone like Cingular does.
TweetI have Verizon but would rather have T-Mobile. Verizon has poor plans. I get a great signal with them but my bills are always over.Originally Posted by mick-G

TweetVerizon works for me, because of the mobile to mobile unlimited calling. Other than that yes, there plans could use some bumping up in minutes and where im at there are hardly any promos going on.

Nobody is stealing your minutes but if you didn't switch from an AT&T phone and rate plan and you just went through the so called "migrating old customer" into the new Cingular hoorah then you are probably not getting your moneys worth. PM me for some more details or if you want me to check into your bill.
TweetThat is VERY cool of you DS!!! I wish I could give you rep points myself!Originally Posted by DIRTY_SOUTH

TweetUsed to have Verizon but didnt like their customer service and my bills always seemed to run over. Great signal though. I use Sprint PCS and cant complain really, though the signal isnt as good.
