I just got back from playing football for two hours and I'm beat! Atleast I have two months before the tournament to get my lazy butt in shape. You know, I can ride my mountain bike with little difficulty but running a bunch or short bursts over and over and over really takes some serious stamina. I pass rush most of the time so I not only have to haul ass every play but I have to get around some dude at the same time. Even running wind sprints is easier because you don't have to fight someone to get to where you're going. This, combined with my upcoming cycle, is surely going to take the BF% way down.
