Here's my take on it.
1) She lied to you...repeatedly, even after you gave her lots of chance to fess up.
2) She was planning on cheating on you.

She's bad news buddy... cut your losses and tell her to go fuck herself. If you take her back, you only show her that she can get away with stuff and she WILL do it again.
