Re: What do you love the most................
It's the whole lifestyle... i love every minute of it. From the moment i get up and hit the cardio on a screaming empty stomach, to rewarding myself with my first meal of the day. I love my afternoon strength training workout... I am at the height of my day and doing what i love. Pushing myself until i fail. It's doing something and knowing that you have put into it every single last drop of effort, strain and pain that you can muster... and walking away stronger.
Also, there is a zen stillness when you are pushing yourself in the gym. There is no time to worry about all the little things in life. All there is is you and the weight. Nothing in the world like it.
Plus, it keeps me sexy. That's always a bonus.
I run suicide drills over and over with the weight of the world on my shouders... I'm far from being god, but i work god damn hard.
