TweetI know I am. The last few weeks I can tell a huge difference, and the guys at the gym, they often look over at me. They are probably saying, man I know he is juicing, I wish I could.....lol
I m loosing alot of body fat. And I m swelling up good. I still can't see a big weight gain, but thats cause I m shedding off that fat. I figure by the end of this cycle I will be around 210lbs 8% bf. My goal is 225 by summer and 8% bf.
I also bumped legs up to twice a week. On sunday and on Thursday. I m targeting legs, and back, sense I always left them out before.

Tweetlast nite , i blasted shoulder presses: 315 ofr 3 reps and then when i was doing barbell shrugs: 585 lbs(6 plates on each side), every1 at gold was starring at me, and i loved it and after i was finished i got a lot of compliments and if i compete and the blondies were up my ass asking me tooo many questions ...very nice to get a good compliments....
for some reason i looked SUPER JACKED last nite ...dunno why, but hey why not............................................... .......................................
TweetI was too pumped yesterday. I did a killer leg routine, and can barely walk today. But that means I have done something good. Don't you love it when people are staring at you and are like, man what is he on!!! It motivates me!

TweetI'm really pleased with my progress. After many years of training I think I finally found the best workout routine for me. And diet as well. It's amazing how long it takes to really find what works best. Lots of trial and error. Lifting more every week. Looking better every week. It's such a rush when you really get into a so called zone. Feels great. And the compliments from other people are awesome also. lol
