TweetFUZO, I can have a temper, so i can not do clen,too much ephedra, or caffine. Try quitting whatever it is that you are taking that can elevate this. Drink some green tea decaf in the morning or during the day. It will help calm you. If you feel like your getting into a situation or flareup, think the situation over in your head and say to yourself " How can i make this situation into a positive one?" It sounds lame, but if you go over it in your head and think about it and try to resolve it in your head first, then it will help in controling the outcome. You could have a stroke or worse if you don't. I know things in life don't always go right, but sometimes we have to make positive things happen.
