Jipped - you need to convince her to do it with you. My wife has gotten more and more serious about staying in shape as she has seen me over the years. Now she is dieting for 16 weeks with me to do the same show, only Figure instead of BB. We've been on for just over two weeks now and haven't screwed up once.

Plus, they believe in Japan that when you share workout activities with a boy or girl you like, you see each other all breathing hard, body hot and sweaty (like when having sex) so it reminds people of that time on a subconcious level. Good for rekindling a dying flame or giving somone who`s "just a friend" somthing to think about.
Hey, I`m American but I can kind of see the truth in it.
Take her to the gym with you, it can only help.
