      tore my acl in my right knee playing hockey. I have surgery in 3 weeks. Cant do shit for 4 months. There goes my whole cycle and about 20 pounds. I'm very, very pissed........

      Anyone know the minimum recovery time??

      I tore my lateral meniscus and acl and it has been almost a yr, and it still hurts even when i do my half-ass hack squats.

      Yeah, and def be ready to lose a good 20lbs, sorry.
