I`m used to workin' midnights so I get up about noon.
One cup coffee then about 1 or 2pm I put 30mins on the bike.
Cycling back and forth from ECA's and Clen.
Usually I eat about 4 small meals a day very high in protein.
EX. Cottage cheese, chicken breast, ect. Low carbs since I just started back lifting and feelin' my way through my elbow injury.
I start back on in about 2 weeks. By then I`ll be back hard at it and will jump to about 4000 cals and 350+ protein.
I got fat while off--was at 15% BF. Some lower now.
I realize I`m dropping too much too fast. It's what works for me. I can get heavy easily...but inversely I gain quite well. That along with muscle memory and a good cycle diet --will make for a quick recovery and my body changes rather fast.
Dieting slow does`nt fit with my impatience. Seeing results fast is a great motivator for me. Different I know, but I`ve done this for over 20 yrs. This would be a perfect time and cycle to try IGF except my cycle is 20wks and already pretty expensive so I may wait another month and keep following others feedback.
I appreciate your looking out for me though pudge.

TweetWhat gets me is the people that order 2 1/4 pounders with cheese, SuperSize Fries 6 box of Nuggets and a small Diet pepsi.....What the freak is that. You done messed your meal off mind as well suck doen a full carb soda as well.
