I didn't really understand the end. Why did the little girl kill the guy and not the woman and child? The whole movie was really confusing. I'm usually the one who figures out movies. But this one didn't click with me!

Tweetsimple concept really. The little girl wanted everyone to feel her anger, misery, fear and for her story to be told. Think of it like this, the videotape was the worlds nastiest chain letter, copy and redistribute or die.

That's why the man died, and the mother and child lived. They made copies, and gave them to someone else to watch (the kids was back at the rental store)

TweetIf you want a jump start on this, you can already get the Japanese version of the sequel. They may even have the third one available before the second one comes out in America. All in all, this movie pissed me off. I hate movies that don't have an ending.
