so why do you allways try to fly me out to see you? just so you can see my progress first hand?
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

How'd you get yours checked? I've had mine done with hydrostatic weighing, 7pt and 3pt calipers lately. Hydro seemed to be dead in the middle of the 7pt and 3pt when I had it done a month ago. I have a standing appt every week to get it checked now, as it's getting close (7.2 weeks) to contest time

I just use the 7 pt. caliper method...

      i think the 3 point said i was about 7%, but I don't think I'm that low...

I had mine checked the other day at the gym and I am thinking that it is not very accurate. I think they did about 5 places. Upper back, upper arm, stomach, etc. In all places the guy could barely even get enough skin to pinch other than my stomach which isn't too bad, just a little chub from a cycle that I haven't lost the fat from. He said I was 17% or so and I can't see that being true in any way.

club measurements are allways higher than they really are - that's one tactic they use to sell personal training packages.

i allways lift heavy unless i just feel like crap, then i'll have a light day. i'm running 3 miles in the morning about 3 or 4 days a week. i just lack the dicipline to do it every day - if my progress stalls, i'll up it though. i think i'll be fine with a little cardio as long as i keep my diet clean though. bottom line is cals in vs. cals out...

Are you also losing muscle? I would imagine so.....

Do you run on the treadmill or well I guess so because there isn't anywhere to run over there where you live in the city...
