Sounds like Oregon, we once had some of the cleanest and most beautiful cities. After spending a few days in the Cascades I had to cut through Salem, I was just...., shocked, disgusted, torked !!! It was three blocks of o.k., like a landfill of garbage with tents ! The underpasses, nothing but a foot or so high of garbage with tents ! Everywhere nothing but dope zombies on mountain bikes and even some lot lizards twitching and tweaking. Remember the Native American in that stop litter tv campaign back in the day ? Yeah, jus like that.
