TweetI can’t see me ever doing that. I put in too much time at the gym for it all to just disappear. I’ll train until I physically cannot anymore

TweetI've noticed the same thing. I've seen some people in the gym for many years and they either stay the same, or look worse. It boggles my mind how people can spend that much time in the gym and neglect everything else (diet) to actually start looking worse over the years.
TweetProbably because people figure they don't have anything to prove anymore. Been married for thirty years, got grand kids now.

Tweetive will admit i have become a self inflicted victim of this as of the last few years but ive been all over the country and world also working stupid hours. with luck it has ended but... ya never know offer the right $$ and ill prolly keep putting my own goals on hold.
TweetI hear ya. also people who seem to train hard but never loose fat. It is in the diet folks.
Also people I work with seem to gain 3-4 lbs every year. I have been there over 20 years and I have actually lost almost 30 lbs since I started. Many of my peers whom i still work with have just gotten bigger slowly over time.
Just put down the beer and stop eating so much sugar. that is the prob with most.

Now that is keep things real! The important thing is that you are aware of it. I think you will get back on track when you can

Tweetive ran into some folks i worked with ten years ago and DAMMMM!!!! all of them gained easy 70lbs plus a piece.. didnt even recognize them.. haha. i was kind enough to tell them all they are fat as fvck now too.. would of walk right by them if they didnt say something to me.. now that i wont ever let happen.. still same pants and shirts just not so form fitting as i would choose to have it..
if this new job works out ill start putting in solid work again.. 2am gym sessions will be a new thing tho..
its all about routine for me. if i cant keep it i get all screwed up. diet however isnt so hard if you cook cause no matter where your at your cooking and after so long its just habit i guess to buy the same type things all the time. plus good food makes you feel better
TweetIt is crazy to see how out of shape some people get. I wonder if they see it as much since they see themselves on a daily basis.
