TweetI think I fell in love with a 68 chevelle back in the day when I was 16. I had a chance to buy it and my mom was ready to buy it for me it had a 396 Big Block , headers, craiger Rims,Holly 650 double pumper carborater dont remember the tranny and rearend ratio but my co-ck sucking brother who was jelous of me and was older told my mom not to buy it because I would kill myself behind the wheel, jelous prick of a brother. So instead I got a white Trans am with Mickey thompsons N-50-15S Back tires. I had air shocks in the back and I had it sdit like a slanted Rocket had a 400 engine in there Red leather interior, dash board was red Loved that car wich I had a picture to show you guys

TweetFavorite would be the 69 judge gto. Fuzo I also had transfer am 77 it was a 1 owner with 80 thousand original miles I completely rebuilt that car every bushing completely went through the engine all myself it was the first thing I did after I got out of the service. I never had the engine on a Dino but the math said it should have around 475 horses the rear end had 2:42 gears so this car was fast my dad had a friend who was a state trooper so we took it to the interstate and clocked 160 was as fast as I got it up too lots of pedal left engine was only tacking about 4200 just started floating a little to much. I wanted to make it suck down to the road more but I totaled it before I could get it done I flipped end over end 3 time and rolled 7 times the police said I left the highway at 135 mph. What a night that was. Lol

TweetI like the old Mopar's they just came bad assed stock. The Super Bee was pretty nice ! Ya know back in the day 80's, just about everybody had a muscle car. I remember guys would build a motor in their room, every pay check buy something to add on it, carb, manifold or whatever then drop it in some car. Don't see that anymore,.. I cant even remember the last time I seen a late model Camaro ! All ya see now are those lil shit Honda's with the pipe that sounds like a loud assed trumpet. Hate those things.

Tweetwhen I was a kid I restored a 68 stang. (had a 70 as well) built a hot 289 (back in the day it was fast, now a camry v6 would run with it)
but my dream would be a 68 mustang fastback resto mod with a turbo LS motor, yeah i know it is a GM motor in a ford but it is narrower and the same weight but the ford 5.0 vs the mighty LS-7, 7 liter and TONS more torque and more HP, even a modded 5.0 cannot match the torque of a stock LS7. but size is the biggest factor. the 4 valve ford heads are really wide, like 4-5 inches wider. the LS-7 2 valve heads are narrow.
a tremec 6 speed (i had one in my GTO and it was awesome also used in the viper so it is strong)
low slung with modern suspension, big wheel/tires tucked in the fenders. modern interior with AC.................makes my car wienie hard.
TweetMustangs, camaros, el caminos
Tweet67-69 Camaro and I plan on getting one here in the near future.. I like 65-69 fastback mustangs as well but I wouldn’t buy it over a Camaro. If I could afford two well hell yeah I would of course lol. But I love old muscle cars and trucks in general. I don’t even look at modern day cars when I go to car shows lol.
