TweetI am returning to my 4:30-5am workouts this week, will be relying on carbs, PWO, and music to get me going. It has been hard for me due to just wanting to sleep more which I guess I needed it, but my day isn't as productive as it usually would be training in the mornings. Have to train 1-2 times a week with my coach which is one evening and a Saturday midmorning workout...but yeah being 45 or in our 40's I don't feel makes a difference !!!
