oh yeah q, you should see me doing squats and deads while eating doughnuts and pizza. it takes some practice on the form and technique but i have it mastered

I was doing squats, increasing sets of four by 20 pound increments, and I found my highest amount when I was standing up on rep three and suddenly I found myself on the floor and there was a HUGE bang!!! I did not even feel my legs start to buckle. Everyone looked at me and I just smiled and said "That is why you make sure there are stops set to catch the bar". No one yelled at me, though.

Tweetplanet fatness, the most judgemental "judgement free zone" on earth but yes they have a reason for being and most of their clients like free pizza, free tootsie rolls and bagels etc. the fatter they keep you the longer you need to keep paying your membership fees and going to the gym. i do know a lot of my female roller derby friends LOVE planet fatness !!

It wasn't so much not having stops or safety bars set up. The problem is you didn't have a piece of pizza or bagel in your mouth. Damn man get it together. LOL

TweetIn fairness it is only $10 a month where I live. You can't beat that. I got a buddy who uses it because it is so cheap.

Exit, my Planet Fitness doesn't give away free food or cook the rolls or bagels or donuts or anything like that. The owner thinks that stupid and counterproductive. Go figure, huh?

no contract and you can take unlimited guests unlimited times with certain memberships. that's why they have never had one of the franchise go out of business

TweetAlso only 10% of the members show up each day. So 90% pay and don't go daily. Also we get tons who have a membership just for the tanning. Also some competitors will come just to do cardio because there are so many pieces.
