Tweetit takes me about 4-5 days to recover. I take creatine, bcaas, b- vitamin injections that's complex and 12 but mine is age I think.

TweetUsually about 3 days for me. Depends on how I train. Heavy squats make me sore to the bone and takes me longer to recover. I do notice the older I get, the slower I seem to recover.
