TweetI think everyone has a little something unclem.
Squats make the world go round.
Tweeti have anxiety... but i still need to go to a doc
TweetHey Unclem, we all do have something. Just think of all the people with OCD. That is a big reason we all train and get crazy when we can't. I've suffered with panic for longer then I can remember. All these things and the way life is today with all the stress, who wouldn't have some problems. I suffer from depression which got bad over the last 6 years At 55 it's harder to treat then if it's caught at a younger age. It took years before they could find a medicine that I could use, because of all the side effects. So listen your not alone here. Here's a good point my doctor made to me. He stated that we are not crazy, why? because we got help. It's the people who don't seek help and think their normal, they are the crazy ones. Stay Strong and keep pushing.
TweetI have OCD. Not the constantly washing your hands OCD, but more so the repetitive behavior and double checking everything. I double check things 100 times and constantly do things over and over till it "feels right" lol. Sounds crazy, but I've been that way since I was a kid.
TweetI wouldnt call it a mental illness, but I sometimes have a hard time concentrating. Attention deficit type stuff. Like I start reading a book and after about 4 pages, I am looking for another book to read or something to do LOL
TweetI suffered from depression and was lost for a few years... I became addicted to pain killers then heroin... After I changed everything about my life I found my way back.... I still have anxiety but I get by with otc mood enhancers aka 5htp, exercise, and my neverending thirst for useless knowledge....
TweetThat's partly why I quite reading books! Exactly the same way!
Tweetif i listed all of my issues i have wrong with me i could write a book haha. my body is tore up from the work i did for many many years. if i had to pick two of the biggest ones that are a huge pain in my ass every day i would say that 1- my intestines and stomach are ruined from dysentary (no description needed for what happens with this) 2- waking up almost every hour on the hour to get up and pace until the pain goes away.

TweetThat is terrible guns, nothing they can do for this?
Veritas Vos Liberabit
Tweetthe gut thing no, i have to live with that forever. the other bad injury is tons and tons of meds that i dont take 99% of the time and just deal with the pain. the options i have on the table for long term when i dont have my high pain tolerance are first a shunt on my spine to block the nerve impulse to the entire area. that makes the limb almost unusable (not found of that at all) 2- spinal stimulator that will make me be almost entirely inactive for anything at all. then i think we already talked a little about the lower limb issue before baby1 but that one is meds (not taken except when it is really really bad and i cant deal with it), a crazy good pain cream, then botox and eventually they will go in and cut the tendons to keep it from curling under completely. again when we reach that point it will almost be unusable for the most part

TweetBipolar, anxiety and depression although we suspect the depression is from the bipolar. My girlfriend says i have OCD and the more she points it out the me i thnk she is right. Its not with everything but i have a system for some things and if i dont do it the way i do in my system i get pissed and start over. Also have severe anger issues, there is more but this is just the stuff i can prove or have been diagnosed with
