Tweeti think we all have a natural tendency to be tougher on people who we dont know, or that dont post everyday. but on the flipside i think people who dont know us or our personalitys take things alot harder than we mean them. i get pms all the time asking me what the fuck i meant by that. but sooner or later people understand im a clown. i think its no different than you having to explain the "kid" thing once a week.

One of them is when someone says something on a board like this you don't get to see their face, hear their voice or otherwise be involved in their mannorisms. I also have all the respect in the world for the mods - they have been very responsive and from what little interaction I have had with them have always seemed willing to help and go the extra mile. If someone feels they are being flamed be sure you read the entire post 2 or 3 times - make sure you are being flamed before reacting. Most of the flame wars that I have seen have been started by someone misinterpreting what someone else said. And if you do find yourself in a flame war be the first to be a man and drop it. If you don't jump in and strike back it will stop right there and these things (which have got to drive the poor mods nuts!) will not turn into 3 days worth of posts that do nothing to accomplish what we are all here for - to learn and help others.

Kudos to the mods for running such a great board and to Rado for being willing to spend time to do what he can to help others and throw some fun into the board once in a while.

Good post! Well thought out and written. I re-read my posts several times before submitting, and even then sometimes have that WTF was I thinking when I go back into the thread. As a new member, I always keep in mind that any response to my questions is someone volunteering their time and effort. It is always appreciated and respected, no matter what the content may be.
