TweetHopefully that will work. Usually you need to donate a pint a week for awhile for it to help. Fuzo did that for a couple of months and it helped a little.
TweetI have never donated blood before, and I am so glad I didn't see the size of the needle before she stuck me...WOW! I'm thinking an 18g at least. Needed to lower my RBC count. Now I'm feeling pretty dizzy, and thankfully the wife is letting me lay down for a bit ha ha.
EDIT: So I was done at 8:30 am. I usually get to the gym around 8:30pm, have any of you lifted the same day of donating? Or just take the day off?

I LOVE BOOBOOKITTY...
TweetI donated for my first time last week and they used a 16 gauge needle. It looked more like a harpoon.
