TweetNice SF. Diet is key! What changes have you made?
TweetNo guru here and I'm a Powerlifter so diet for me isn't as hard core for me as a Bodybuilder.
With that said I F'n hate bloat I can't stand it and I really didn't believe that diet would change the bloat I just figured it was the cycle and that's that and these guys claiming diet plays a major role in bloat just didn't get it like me.
Well this is the 1st cycle I'm not pissed off about bloat it's like it's a non issue.
What changes were made this time? DIET!

TweetLess snacking and less food during meals.
I'm not cutting weight at all I just do't eat more then needed as before because I wanted to grow now I just only care about strength I'm big enough IMO floating around 255 - 260 at a half inch short of 6 foot my BF is in the mid to mid high teens and I'm not worried about showing abs although it would be nice but then I take away from my goals of strength.
Once I get my Bowling career back going I'm sure I will lean up the BF a tad because lifting will become maintenance or slow progressive strength gains.
TweetBloat kills me while im on. My abs disappear with bloat unless I'm on aromison or adex. Grab some of either and aromasin at 12.5mg eod or adex at .5mg eod. Both get rid of bloat but won't serverely hurt gains like letro. Diet is also key, too many pro/carb meals in your day and you will have a belly. Ofcourse keep sodium down, I use unsalted cashews, low sodium bacon, no salt on any food, etc. Even with all this I still have some bloat and usually lose .25-.5" off my waist when I come off due to bloat.
TweetIf needed I use A-Dex at .25mg e3d.
