      I just did a big grocery shopping trip to get back on track.

      I read awhile back that it is less fattening to eat sugars than fats as far as dieting is concerned. I talking about weight gain. Dont ask where I read this, because it was awhile ago, but it was comparing fats and sugars, so if you want to "binge", better to have some sweets i guess haha!

      i stay away from all carbs!! i stick to the main food groups. icecream, cheeto's, beer and beef jerky!! if you stick with that, you cant go wrong!!!

      Fuzo, thanks for opening the can of worms for us to eat on.... lol, im not a perfect follower of any diet except for when I was on cycle I followed alluprbdy's regimin and it did some good, thanks bud! I am a carb junkie too and here lately I've been binging myself but I have also been taking hella thermogenics at the same time to ease the pain, dave nailed it with the beer! Damn you dave.... lol I've been busted! Its summer dude, live a little!

      when I binge I try an go nuts with the cardio and wont leave the treadmill for 45m/1hr till I see 800-1000 cals burned according to the treadmill. Seems to work bc I wake up still lean. Ive never been big on the thermogenic pills.

      Haha...You guys need to bag the coke zero and drink Pepsi Throwback, made with real cane sugar...You might as well drink real sugar if youre going to drink pop. That diet pop is nothing but chemicals and it tastes like crap after you drink a throwback LOL..trust me, you'll never go back...haha...
