TweetI am on whey protein , fish oil and a multi-v.
I use to take all sorts of shit... tribulis, zma, no-xplode, black powder, eca stacks, hot rox... anything that created a buzz in the community.
I was wondering what you guys are on? Im not looking for anything crazy... just something cost effective that works.
I train super hard lift 5-6 days a week, swim 3-4 days a week, run 4-5 times a week. I pt almost everyday. cutting down on the volume of training isnt optional its part of the job. my training is going great just looking for something new.

TweetI've found that nothing has as good of a cost to benifit ratio as good ol protein.
I use nothing but alot of protein, a good multi vitamin and some fish oil.
To me most everything else is not cost effective.

i use to take everything and now i just stick to the basics.
and sometimes i take things that you cant find at gnc as well.

TweetI keep it pretty simple too just a good protein powder(s), I look for something low in cholesterol with a good caloric val and not over priced, creatine I have been liking NOX-G3 by Xyience because it doesn't have caffiene, and a multivitamin I like Green source and now im trying ON's Optimen. anything new or you think has been working better for y'all I'd like to know, as im still experimenting.

TweetI use a women's mega multi, red yeast rice 600mg, ester c 1000mg time released, folic acid 800mcg, biotin 5,000mcg, estradiol, calcium, CLA 3times a day, flaxoil in the am, Goji splash juice. Sometimes i use Zero Stims. I use a prue isolate whey protein usually chocolate. I take AMPED with me to the gym.
