Nitric Oxide boosters dilution?
TweetOK, I wake up and train on an empty stomach. But first I drink about a half a gallon of water within about 30 minutes before hitting the gym.
If I am using nitric oxide booster powder (NO Shotgun) and only supposed to mix it with about 14 oz of water, wouldn't it stand to reason I would not get the desired effect if I consumed a LOT more water with it?
Anyone who uses this stuff know what I am saying?

Tweeti would think that it's maybe a dilute prop, but i really cant see what the prob would be. i use nano-vapor (havnt in a while becouse of tight funds) and i use the suggested water, but continue to drink while training...but, with nano-vapor you take it immediatly before training and i've drank water all day being i train at night....soooo, i guess my opinion is about fukin useless, lol!!!
