I am one of those people who needs 10hrs of sleep a day. so Im up for 14hrs. I usually eat 6-7 meals a day. I need to get in 300g of protein a day. is 43g per meal too much? How much protein in one meal too much. How many hrs apart should i spread out my meals. Right now its about every 2 hrs.
