      I just started taking this stuff again and I'm amazed at how "anabolic" I feel afterwards. I've used it before but during a cycle so I never really noticed anything, just assumed it was beneficial for the liver. I've been doing some searching around and have noticed that it reallys has an anabolic effect on muscle fibers, primarily those that are damaged due to exercise. Just curious as to what others have thought of this supp.

      It will help in cell regeneration. How many mgs are you taking? I take it all the time, but only 500mg.

      I've been taking 500mgs too but am thinking of bumping it to twice a day and see if it helps even more with recovery. I'm actually quite surprised it isnt discussed more on FG because its all over the place on other boards. I think its a very worth while supp that is underrated and just hasnt hit the mainstream yet.

      It's primary objective is liver protection/rejuvenation, but it also seems to allocate your proteins for better synthesis. Something that should be in everyones supplement drawers.

      I think it should be in everyone's supplement stash. It's a super anti-oxident/chelator or free radicals and heavy metals too.

      I use the Now brand. Its i think 250 capsules 600mg ea and very reasonable at dpsnutrition. So iam taking 600mg ed not 500.
