TweetThat looks real similiar to the one ive been on. With the exception being that I have to have 2 cheat meals, one just won't cut it for me.
Tweetthis is what my trainer has me on:
6:30- 8 jumbo eggs (2 whole, 6 whites)
16 oz. cranberry juice
i cup oats
1 scoop protein powder
9:30- 8 oz. ground beef (96% lean)
3/4 cup brown rice
12:00- 8 oz. tuna steak
green beans
broccoli
2:30- 8 oz. chicken breast
6 oz. broccoli
5:00- 8 oz. ground beef
mixed greens salad w/balsamic vinagrette + gorgonzola
7:30- train
9:00- PWO shake
2 cups water
2 scoops protein powder
1 scoop dextrose
10:30- 7 oz. tuna
2 tablespoons flax oil
1-1.5 gals water a day
shit gets interchanged here and there, but this is pretty much how it goes. funny thing is my weight is staying the same while my bf is getting lower.
the diet works, but ****ing hell bros, i crave french fries, pizza, sourdough bread, cheese sticks, chicken wings, BLT's, ice cream, candy bars, sodas, you name it. i'm allowed one cheat meal on sat and sun...

Tweetsee, you're eating protein/carb meals, i'm eating protein/fat meals. you can only imagine how hungry i am all the time. protein/fat does NOT make you full. even after 10oz of tuna and/or 12oz of chicken, still hungry as shit.
diet looks good though. you have the cal/pro/carb/sug/fat breakdown?
Tweettrust me bro- there aren't shit for carbs in broccoli. mixed greens, or green beans lolOriginally Posted by a-bomb83
as far as i'm concerned they don't even count. that last bit of rice at 9:30 is where my carbs stop, except for my PWO shake.
i don't have the breakdown, but the cals work out to be between 3200-3500.
Tweetsounds good. a good loophole for your cheat meal is an all out gorgefest at a buffet of some sort
TweetDiscipline wise I could stick to that diet, however I can't seem to manage my time well enough to cook all of that shit, how often are you cooking and how much time a week are you cooking
Tweetit is kind of a pain in the ass. i have to cook stuff every night.Originally Posted by Slightly Enhanced
TweetOne thing that I do to increase protein and decrease time,
Bake a bunch of chicken breast, pull off the meat, put it in a processor, then add it to your eggs in the morning. Its good, try it. I bake enough chicken to last 5 days.
I also take 5 days worth of eggs-break them and mix (using this really cool hand mixer). This way when I cook eggs I just pour out of the container and toss in the chicken. I also cook 2 days worth of eggs at a time and heat using the microwave. You can do 3 days, but I have found that taste begins to deteriate after 2 days
Good Luck, if you can manage the diet above you should be golden
