TweetI'm gonna start a cutting diet. I'm holding way too much fat as of now. Since my wedding is in may, i wanna shred some lbs. My question is what % of your total cals do you get from your macronutrients? Carb%?, Fat%, Protein%?
I know I will be getting 1g of protein per body lb. My stats are:
5'6
180lbs
Lift 5x per week
Cardio 4 - 5x 35min sessions
I was planning my caloric intake on 2000cals. What do you all think? Thanx
