      im 180lbs, lookin to eventually get up to 190 but dont wanna put on too much fat. IM thinking
      1.5g protein X bodyweight
      1g -1.5g carbs X bodyweight (I need help here, whats better 1g or 1.5g)
      .4g-.6g fat X bodyweight (Need help here too)

      Carbs consumed mostly in morning and post and pre workout.

      Im on westside routine right now. Im also taking multi-vitamins and Creatine Ethyl Ester

      only supps are creatine ethyl ester, multi-vitamins and whey protein, my routine is Westside its kinda hard to explain. But its mon wed fri sat split....mon and fri are centered excersises around deads and squats, wed and sat are bench days along with back, light shoulders.

      If you are more on the slender/low bodyfat side then I would just eat like hell. Consume around 4000+ calories a day at around 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat.

      im about medium bodyfat im guessin around 13%. i jus dunno how much fat is too much and how much carbs are too much

      im doing west side as well.... how about your protein 2g per lb.... I would also suggest 1.5g per carb and the .6 for fat.... See how it goes for 2 months than we can adjust the diet there... make sure you do your carb cut offs, they are key!

      I do not reccomend doing a huge all out eat fest of many calories, good way to gain weight...........around the waist..

      also, stay natural, you got some more growing to do, but they will come in time, just keep getting stronger and downing the protein! stick with it man!
