TweetI dont take creatine because it makes me feel like shit for some reason.
TweetI take a good teaspoon, 5 or so grams in a shake or juice before I split for the gym in the morning.
Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

Tweetbest time to take creatine is after workout..but n more than 10 grams a day..but first 5 days take 25 mg and seperate em and then go back to 10grams..

TweetSince I don't have a good scale to measure out 5g, what would that equate to? One tablespoon, teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon, what would be close enough?
Do I need to take 5g before work out and 5g after?
Do I need to take 5g morning and evening on days I don't work out? This is my first run on creatine, just looking for best suggestions.

APparently people like us have enough where all the creatine in the world wouldnt really give us great effects, but I like the coll volumization i get from it.
