TweetLMAO @ my fellow greasy / fatty food lovers. I actually felt kinda shitty over the weekend eating so mny carbs. So far this week, I actually feel better eating no carbs. I've had 6 six double cheeseburgers today and feel great.
Oh and I forgot my Monday workout was great! I felt so pumped it was crazy! I actually lifted more than I had in a long time.
TweetReally digging this thread guys- thanks for posting your progression with this diet. Looking forward to hearing more of your results, Keep it up!
TweetI never lift heavy (for maxes)...only heavy for bodybuilding purposes. But last night I threw up 25 more pounds on bench than I could 1 month ago. Crazy thing is that I only do about 1 o 2 SETS of bench per month. I NEVER lift it heavy. But last night I felt great and decided to see what I could go up to.
I learned a long time ago that for me....Less is more (a lot more)....I figured out that whenever I lift heavy, my muscles get smaller, but insanely stronger. and when I lift bodybuilding routines, they grow like they are supposed to. So I stopped lifting heavy and starting lifting like a bodybuilder. Also, that if I lift for longer than 35-40 minutes, I stop making progress. So for two months, I lifted for one hour....then two months for 45 min....then 2 months for 30 min. And i didn't start growing until I kept my lifting around 1/2 hour. But last night I didn't feel so lethargic from too much sugar/carbs, that I could lift even harder/longer. Funny thing is that all my maxes go up when i carb load (as they should) but for some reason, I've had extra energy and havn't felt so sloppy since this diet started.
*officially down three net pounds now (in a week and a half)
*keep it up Crom/Ed, thanks

TweetOh shit! I just read the back of my metamucil bottle. It has 5 grams of carbs per serving. I would stop taking it but I need to take something to help things move along if you will. All the cheese stops me up. What Should I do?
Tweeti'm pretty sure they have a sugar free one. if not there are other ones to use
Tweetmmmm fiber.....gotta love the stuff LOL

TweetShit. I went to the store to return the stuff and get the sugar free kind. I was looking all over for a different kind than I had, looked down at my bottle and it is the sugar free kind. Laughed at myself, even though it is written really small on the bottle and could easily be missed.Originally Posted by Shiner22nd
So yeah the sugar free metamucil has 5 grams of carbs per serving, I have to take it at least once a day. The bottle suggests up to 3 times, so I hope I'll be fine. I just have to have someway to get rid of this.
TweetFunny, bro....

Oh and Im getting stronger, crazy I figured Id be lathargic as hell in the gym. My workouts are intense lately, sweating my ass off and lifting more than I have in a while. Figured Id post what I've been eating. Breakfast was 6 whole eggs, 2 pieces of cheese and a little tomatillo green sauce.
TweetShit! I didnt see the part about not having caffiene! I had a diet DP today! Mother fucker, I really hate it when Im working so hard to do this and do something stupid to mess it up. Anything I can do to fix drining some caffiene?
