TweetOne of the most overrated supplements in existence IMO.
TweetDo you really notice a difference? I'm considering getting some.

I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.
Tweeti've always used it so i really can't tell if it makes a difference or not. alot of people say its very overrated
TweetI read a paper maybe a year ago that said it is worthless. I'll try to find it and post it up here some time.
TweetNever bought it, as its in my protein powder.
Tweeti never noticed anything from it.... been years since i have taken any though.

TweetI did try the plain glutimine once, but noticed absolutely ziltch. It is in most protein powders if you look at the ingrediants.
TweetI read it was good for joints and your immune system. Like everyone else said, it's in my protein (I think 10g). I can't tell if it works or not.
TweetYeah,I do notice a better immune system. I use it about 30-40 grams ed ....10-15 grams per servOriginally Posted by supasaiyan99

TweetI haven't been sick since I started using it. I've sat through weeks of my kids being sick with colds and the flu which I would always get but got nothing. So I to think it really helps the immune system. Other than that I don't notice anything but I will continue to use it just for that reason. Not getting sick is well worth it to me. I only use it my post workout shake also.
Tweeti use 10-20 grams ed.does help me with sickness and i feel it helps with soreness to.
I don't know you.But I know your kind.
TweetI realize I'm responing to this thread that started almost two weeks ago but here is my 2 cents... Glutamine is the maost abundant amino acid in skeletal muscle, so... Why wouldn't you supplement with it? I realize there are recent studies saying that if it is not a glutamine peptide and bla bla bla it will be eaten up in the GI tract... I think that's all to sell a new product. I recommend, 15-20grams a day. At leat 5 grams with your post workout drink which should consist of whey protein, simple sugars and little fat.

TweetBeen using L-Glutamine Peptide for nearly a year now. It helps me with my recovery and it helps maintain muscle mass when I'm cutting. I go through 15-20gms per day.
