I LOVE BOOBOOKITTY...
Tweeti make my own mrp.
1.5 scopps of whey protein.
1 cup of oats
2tb of natural pb
and then some splenda.
as far as the protein powder i use prolab.
I don't know you.But I know your kind.
TweetI back Js on this, but i have been using allthewhey for awhile now. Can't beat the price or the taste!
TweetI just bought a new brand of protein yesterday as well as their creatine and it tastes DELICIOUS! It is called Iron-Tek. Maybe not too new but it is to me. Anyway, it was $25 for 5.5lbs (86 servings w/22g protein). I got the chocalate fudge flavor, it's even better tasting than Optimum. Also, the BEST meal replacement imo is Prolab MAtrix. IT has 390 calories with 40 protein and 40 carbs. The carbs are made from whole wheat, barley, and brown rice I believe. They mix easier than most protein powders even. Excellent product. Hands down the best out there. Second place is Labrada. But I make my own with milk, banana, oatmeal....etc.

TweetThis is good price for the Iron-Tek, but is it a whey concentrate or isolate? and how many grams are in a serving?? I been using the Optimum Serious Mass when i use a weight gainer. Where did you buy the Iron-Tek at? Ill give it a try.
TweetIt is blend of concentrate and isolate just like optimum and it has 4g of glutamine too. I bought it at the supplement store behind my Golds gym for $25 and no tax. Online at fitrx (which is the best damn sup site around along with dpsnutrition) it is $25 also, but then it costs 5.95 to ship.Originally Posted by mick-G

TweetOptinum Nutrition 100% WHEY, for the price/content/servings per container...it is the best ive found so far IMO.
Tweetbest protein is like asking what position is best....they are all good - but one that tastes good to me, you may not like.

TweetI've used Allthewhey for what seems like years now. Quality was really good and then it dwindled, however, it's getting better again. Great taste and the price is unbeatable IMHO. I've also used Optimum Nutrition and can't complain either.
