TweetTried the stuff for about 3 months at 6 gms per day. Only thing that got lighter was my wallet. Waste of money in my opinion. I'd just get some flaxseed oil or udo's choice. Cheaper and more effective.

TweetYep, its supposed to help in reducing bf, but you have to be on a strict diet. IMO, it doesn't work. But you will do yourself good in taking some flaxoil caps or a good premium brand liquid like Barlean's flaxoil with the high legnans. Its a natural source of fiber, amino acids, ad Omega-3. One of the best supplements you can take ed.

i have heard from experience bro's it has to be run at 10mg min. for months to see a difference but it works really well.

TweetWell, I've checked prices on it, it is cheap enough I think I might take LIC's advice and give it a shot, maybe with some green tea extract.
