      a teapoon is around 2 grams..i have a huge jug from bulk nutritin. i believe it says 1/4 tsp= 550mg

      i take 2 to 2.5 grams ,morning, pre workout and post workout.

      I would experiment with 3-6 grams a day.

      OK, how about creatine monohydrate, when's the best time to take it? Pre-workout or post-workout? And should I take it with water or a "sugary drink" (as was suggested by someone in another thread?) It's pure creatine monohydrate, not a combo
