TweetI would say it all depends on your protein requirements, or usually 2-3 hours max. I do 8 meals at 60g per meal in a 16 hour day. If your going 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass (LBM) then try to even out your protein intake throughout the day.
