Hey guys whats going on.. I put together a diet to help my drop some bf hopefully fast.. can you please take a look and see if i need some changes. Im 6'1 230 lbs at about 17%bf.. I would love to be about 205 and be a lean mofo.. i was thinking about doing a clen cycle aswell. If i had the coin i'd do a prop/tren, but that won't be in the near future anyways.
Ok heres the diet help a bro out:
meal1 (solid) Roughly 45 grams of protein up to 13 grams of fat
meal2 .) 45 grams of protein using protein powder made with water. tablespoon of flax oil / or peanutbutter 14grms of fat
meal3 45 grams of protein from beef, chicken, turkey, 14gr of fat.
meal4 Same as meal #2
Pre-workout - ECA stack and 1 apple
Post-workout : first meal should be immediate, and have dextrose and whey protein. 35 grams of protein and 85 grams of carbs. vitamins and 500mgs Alpha Lipoic Acid with this meal.
second post-workout meal: an hour and a half later, should contain the same amounts as above, but in the form of solid food. have another 500mgs ALA with this meal.
ie. chicken and rice, turkey and potato
Have a protein shake or eggs before bed (45 grms protein)
I work out 4 times a week. I do one minute rest between sets and exercises, and i do 30-40 minutes of cardio after those workouts.
