Pro rated didn't disolve nearly as well, and I didn't like the taste as much.
I only compared the chocolate flavors.

TweetI haven't tried pro-rated, but Optimum has been independently tested on several occasions and always meets or exceeeds label claims. Not much difference in quality of the protein itself as all raw whey protein is made by 3 big factories and distributed to the various supp companies. The difference lies in quality control and with ON I know what is in the can.
