I weigh 220 now at about 12% bodyfat, I would like to get down to 205 and 10% bodyfat. And also, at what amount of this stuff is it neccessary to use anti-e's is at any amount?

TweetLike stated above go with the T1 Pro but I would run it for 6 weeks at the heavy or hardcore dosing which would be either 3 squirts a day or 4 squirts a day. I would add 400-600 mgs of 1,4 dione or diol as well.

I ran this cycle and I was very happy with the results. I would get nolva or clomid for post cycle.
