they are all three good EC alternatives.

IMH(albeit slightly biased)O
thermorexin is quite a bit better than tight or DFR.

btw- if you get thermorexin be sure to use the --- afdiscount --- code.
then its 59$ for 180ct and 39$ for 90ct
