      1-t by molecular nutrition - anyone use this and like it, or any other feed back? (would you choose 1-t over the 1-ad from ergo)

      How Supplied
      25mg 5a-androst-1-ene-3-one,17-tetrahydropyranyl per capsule, 90 capsules per bottle.

      Directions
      Take 1-2 capsules, 2 to 3 times daily. For optimal results take with meals

      so how long would you run this for? 8 weeks + ? what doses/day ...
      oh and yes i can read what the bottle suggests, just you can take 50 or 150 according to the bottle, and i want to know what is most beneficial while keeping in mind cost effective (and yes AS is more cost effective but i might have to go PH route)!

      I would choose it over 1-Ad because its 1-test. Run it for 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off, 4 weeks back on.

      BDC Nutrition's 1-T pro or 1-T Final. Cheaper and much more potent than anything mentioned above.

      yaya i know. more than 1 bottle of pretty much anything listed here

      for the t1-pro its about 10g's 1-test to 5g's 4-ad, isnt the ideal ratio 1:1 or becuase it is transdermal the 4-ad gets better absorbed or what's the deal with that? buy some more 4-ad or 2:1 is fine?

      1-T pro is more balanced, it supports leaner gains, thus not a lot of 4-AD.

      ok with T1 , say i run it how you suggested, now would i do post cycle therapy (PCT) in the first 4 weeks im off or save it till the end of the cycle for PCT?

      if i have to run PCT twice that will cost too much $$, so will i see good results off say 2 bottles t1 (4 weeks worth) and then follow up with PCT
      (how much can i expect to gain assuming a solid diet - which im still working on getting to YJ - and training program)

      btw, for PCT i plan on having some nolvadex and maybe a bottle 6oxo (im not really feeling the clomid, but ... ive been reading over on anabolicminds YJ'spost on nolva vs clomid and still going through a couple of the stickeys and posts there so i will have a better idea of my PCT in a bit)

      Yes. You would want to run clomid or 6-oxo during this time off and eat like its your job.

      In 4 weeks, if you eat good and train hard, you can see 10lbs or so.
