TweetWill have to pick up some zinc. I already keep D3 in my supplement regimen, so I'm half good so far lol.

TweetAlso, dress warm and walk out in the cold weather! Roll around on the grass, eat some dirt...lol

Tweeteat dirt. I am all for that
TweetThat's actually probably the best medicine ever to build your immune system lol. I always think about kids now days spending so much time indoors. They're never exposed to anything. When I was a kid, we spent every second outside. Probably helped our immune system become supremely resilient.

TweetWith all this Virus crap going on and people scared to leave the house, I feel for my son because being cooped up is taxing on the body and mind. I at least try to take him out with me, either if I go to the store or just to pick up food, at least he gets out the house and breathes some air.
I have him taking Vitamin C and tell him to keep his hands washed and not to touch his face or get to close to people. I don't know if I'm doing all the right things, but I'm trying.
Going to at least take him outside, do some walking lunges with me, throw around the football, break up the day alittle.
I hope all this BS ends soon
TweetI have been going for jogs around the neighborhood. I feel better once my heart rate has been up and I sweat. My dog is in heaven. 3-4 walks a day just for something to do.
Tweet200 dollar fine here if you're out doing anything "non essential".

TweetWow, I was just listening to Ground Zero last night on the radio and Clyde Lewis mentioned something just like that. It was zinc and ginger beer I think ?

TweetIts hard not to pick my nose
TweetUPDATE : It's now a $1,200 to $2,100 fine if they even catch you "joy riding", and citizens are encouraged to call a hotline if they observe anyone in non compliance with the shelter in place order by Gov. Kate Brown.

TweetYup, I heard the same about Zinc and Tonic Water. The combo helps immune system cells absorb the zinc a lot more efficiently.
Anyone ever think to keep the digestive system in good shape, in order to prevent sickness? 70% of the body's immune system starts in the gut!!
Tweeteh, i cant wait to see all the law suits that are going to follow this bull shit. gov presidents nor le can pass laws or enforce them without the legislature voting to approve them. not to mention our bill of rights etc.... the aclu and law offices are going to have a field day on these state and local governments doing this shit. i still cant wrap my head around how le is enforcing civil matters either. these are civil matters and last time i checked the law doesnt enforce civil actions other than serving papers. so are these fools willing to take all of these non compliant people to court in order to pull in all these fines? unconstitutional across the board
