I love jalapenos, serranos and just about any pepper. You can have your ghost peppers and reapers. They are way too hot. I can do habaneros but not many.

My fav way of consuming chilies:

Slice pepper long ways instead of having round slices you get long pieces. Saute them in butter or olive oil with chopped garlic and onion, salt and lime juice.

I make big batches and keep in the fridge. I put this on a lot of what I eat. My fam has tried it and love it too. Now I have to make bigger batches or use serrano peppers which are too hot for them.
