TweetI buy the stuff at Sam's. I think its called Power Beets. Its beet powder and I think its damn good and I will tell you it works-I know its working when my piss is kinda pinkish from the beet juice in my system. At first you will think holy shit, Im pissing blood. LOL
Oh, I take a scoop per day and it mixes and tastes great.
TweetI need to try this as well. I just bought a kilo on amazon. I will try it. i noticed it says reduces DOMS, i started crossfit again and it has me walking like a newborn baby giraffe for 2 days after each session. Even if it helps the soreness a little that would be great. (Don't bust my chops about crossfit, I like that it is competitive. I work WAY harder when I can get bested by women in the WAD.)

Tweetflavor it with strawberry fruit punch or something like that. it is pure beet so it is not tasty but fruit punch and strawberry knocks it down a bit with no added carbs or sugar

TweetPowder does have the same benefits BUT...it is less concentrated. You have to consume more powder to get the same amount as the juice. It is a fair trade for me as the powder is cheaper. The Juice normally has a lot of sugar. Lastly the powder has a LOT of good fiber. But again same benefits.
I think the juice is just about convenience. Drop a shot of the juice and you are done. You have to mix the powder with something. I cannot comment on taste though.

TweetBeen using it for over a week now. I look a bit more vascular and it seems to help a bit with cardio. I mix it in water and chug it. Not tasty but not terrible. I bought 1 kilo of it. So I will have it for a awhile!
