Tweetsee people doing that all the time. i rarely use them but when i do. i drink it at the house and then make for sure the pipes are clean then i head to the gym. dont want to get on the road with a loaded cannon with no where to unload it. that and my normal gyms shitters are nasty

TweetNot sure what the recent phenomenon of people paraching preworkout powder straight into their mouth is all about. I mix it and drink it 15-30 minutes prior to my workout. If I'm not super thirsty and I'm drinking slow I'll continue to drink it throughout my workout.
