I use Braggs raw unfiltered. Soooo many health issues this has solved. I aim for two shots a day but sometimes only get one. I've gotten used to it enough to just swig from the bottle. It's nasty and will wake you up like smelling ammonia salts!
I can't believe how much it has single handily shrunk my waste. It helps with that deep brown fat under the muscle and digestion.
Give it a shot. Give it a month or two and reflect on how much it's helped your health.

i do the same thing myself man. 2 table spoons 3x a day. i do actually use the same kind except i get the one with pulp. i was told by a nutrition guy i was working with that it was superior
