Don't know if this is the right spot to post this but has anyone ever completely lost their drive to train?
Most know my story and history of substance abuse...I got back to the gym and have been making decent progress, not following any particular routine.
I knew it would be hard to put my ego at the door since losing all my size and strength but once I get to the gym, usually about halfway thru the workout I lose focus or interest.

I bought a decent pwo powder, C4, and at times have to go on Youtube and watch bodybuilding motivation vids...but I still don't feel like I did in the past when coming back from a long layoff...
Just wondering if anyone else ever went thru this and how they overcame it...thanks FG family.
