TweetWell I'm back in the saddle at the gym. The past few weeks have been a lot of work, but I'm finally into my old training routine. I can train my chest (although not super heavy) and even do shoulders. I still have some small issues with any type of shoulder press, but all in all I'm back at it. Thanks to everyone for all the positive words and feedback. It really encouraged me through this whole recovery. This had been something I was self conscious about for so many years, it's almost surreal that it's gone.

If anyone ever has any questions about the surgery, don't hesitate to ask.
